Nasce da un'idea di alcuni musicisti, artisti e imprenditori che hanno capito l'importanza di fornire nei luoghi più svantaggiati del mondo, NON solo con cibo, cure mediche e altri tipi di sopravvivenza MA anche con la cultura della musica che sempre è stata la parte più nobile e creativa degli esseri umani.
Attraverso la cultura e la musica le persone meno fortunate troveranno la forza di reagire alle guerre, alla violenza a tutte quelle attività che rendono il pianeta un luogo di tristezza.
